Last weekend the Athlone Fashion Trail took place and I was lucky enough to get picked to go along with other bloggers from Into the West Blogger Network. For any of you who follow my blog you will know I went to the Galway Fashion Trail back in March and had a brilliant time.

The day started off in Colm Quinn BMW in Athlone, once again we were treated to a great breakfast and prosecco 😍. We got to look at the gorgeous cars and they told us about their new garage in Athlone that has cars starting from €4000, click here for more details.

Falling in love with the M3

The gorgeous Mini showroom

After being chauffeured into town in a lovely 5 series, the fashion trail started in Kadee Bridal, what girl doesn’t want to see a wedding dress fashion show??

The dresses are gorgeous and decor of the shop definitely keeps up to the standard of the dresses. I took so many pictures but trying to limit the size of this post!!

Something short?

Love the statement neck piece

After falling in love with every dress we then went over to BurgessBurgess in Athlone is the oldest department store in Ireland and they seem to stock a lot of different brands. They cater for men, women and children of all ages. They had some gorgeous leopard print heels and I forgot to take a photo of, but if your around Athlone go in and check them out.

We then went to Olivia Danielle and I took so many photos, I wanted everything! Especially the black blazer below!

Love this blazer!!

Love the colours

A statement coat

After we left Olivia Danielle we went to the Athlone Shopping Centre and there was two fashion shows, one before and after lunch. Most of the stores in the town centre had pieces in the show and here are my favourites.

Gorgeous Topshop coat

I actually like the socks with the sandals

Something for the men

We were then treated to a gorgeous lunch from the Fatted Calf and after all that walking and looking at fashion shows we were all starving 😂. Such a variety of food and the setting was beautiful. We had mini cupcakes and doughnuts, eton mess, ceaser salad and loads more. How cute is the wooden platter!

Great food from the Fatted Calf

We then went to Clodaghs Boutique for the next show. This boutique would cater more for the older lady but they had some gorgeous pieces that I fell in love with!

Love the sleeve design

Love this skirt..pity I am not a model

It was a brilliant day out and definitely worth doing if your around Galway or Athlone in the future. Just to let everybody know there will be a Galway fashion trail taking place on the 5th November.

Thanks to all the sponsors and stores that took part in the fashion trail, the shows were brilliant. Obviously I need to mention the models from Catwalk Agency.
