A very long overdue running update!

My half marathon training has been going slow I have to admit. I have been doing a little bit of running so not being totally lazy. 

I am doing a 5 mile race this weekend that I did last year in 52.53 minutes so fingers crossed I can beat that time.

I went out for a run tonight and ran about 6kms a quicker pace then normal and sprinted the last couple of hundred meters so pretty happy with myself 🙂

I am going to use the race on Sunday as a training run for the half marathon in April and push myself as much as possible.

How is everybody getting on with running, any motivational tips??
