I just realised it has been two weeks since my last update. I have to say I am pretty proud of myself the past two weeks and I am keeping up the running.
On Sunday we went out and did a 10km run, it was the first time I ever ran that distance and was shocked I was able. I also found the last few kms easier, maybe that is normal because you are in a rhythm by that stage but I am not really sure. I did have to take short walking breaks along the way. I am pretty happy with my time:
